We provide supervision of engineering construction works in accordance with the local legislation and engineering services within the frame of Contracts of the International Federation of Engineering Consultants: “Conditions of Contract for Construction for building and engineering works designed by the Employer” (FIDIC "Red Book") and "Equipment supply, design - construction contract provisions for electronic and mechanical works, construction and for engineering works designed by the Contractor" (FIDIC "Yellow Book").
We perform construction supervision in accordance with the construction project, the work execution project and regulatory enactments.
Our clients are municipal and private companies.
During the construction process we use only the services of qualified and certified professionals.
Our main tasks:
  • to be a knowledgeable and reliable cooperation partner of the Employer;
  • evaluation of the validity of the construction project, solutions, applied construction technologies, products, executive documentation, financing documents submitted by the Contractor, quality control of the executed works;
  • timely identification of problems and their effective resolution;
  • cooperation with the Employer and other involved parties, ensuring effective communication.

Engineering Supervision of "Reconstruction of sewerage pumping station in Riga, Brīvības gatve 433 and construction of sewage pressure pipeline in Riga, Brīvības gatve"

Engineering supervision services (FIDIC "Red Book") were provided for the reconstruction of the sewage pumping station in Brīvības gatve and the construction of a new pressure pipe for the safe and environmentally friendly discharge of collected wastewater in Berģi and to the nearest neighborhoods to the biological treatment station Daugavgrīva.
Construction was performed in technologically difficult conditions, influenced by high groundwater level.
During the implementation of the project, a sewer pressure pipeline was built from the gas filling station at Brīvības gatve 438A to the bank of the Jugla canal. The pressure pipeline was built using horizontal directional drilling (HDD), including the crossing of Brīvības gatve and two pressure pipelines under the Jugla canal. The existing sewage pumping station was dismantled and built practically from scratch.
SIA "Aqua-Brambis" provided engineering team management, construction supervision of water supply and sewerage, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, road, electrical supply, low voltage supply and automation (SCADA) parts.

Engineering Supervision of water supply and sewerage network extension in Berģi

EU-funded project “Development of Water Management in Riga, 5th stage”

Engineering supervision services (FIDIC "Red Book") were provided for the construction of approximately 28 kilometers of water supply and sewerage networks. This extension project aims to connect over 400 properties in the Berģi area to centralized networks. This will enhance the quality of water supply and sewage disposal services while promoting a safer and cleaner environment.

SIA "Aqua-Brambis" was responsible for leading the Engineering Team,  construction supervision of water supply and sewer networks, low-voltage systems, electrical supply, gas distribution networks and road infrastructure.

Engineering supervision services (FIDIC "Yellow Book") are provided in 27 construction contracts.
As part of the project, water supply and sewerage networks were built and reconstructed for a length of 83.49 km in 100 street sections and the availability of sewerage services up to 99.9% in the agglomeration and the availability of water supply services up to 99.5% in the water supply service area were ensured.
"Aqua-Brambis" provided engineering team management, construction supervision of water supply and sewerage networks, electrical supply  and road infrastructure.
